2. The Service
Sear provides restaurant discovery, scoring, and recommendation tools for Austin, Texas. SearScores are algorithmically generated from publicly available data sources. Scores reflect aggregated signals, not individual opinions.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to save places, create plans, and access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping data, submitting false feedback, or attempting to manipulate scores.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring algorithms, design, and branding on Sear are owned by Sidecrunch Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Sear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restaurant information, hours, availability, and scores may not always be current. Verify directly with restaurants before visiting.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sidecrunch Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dining experiences, reservation issues, or score accuracy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
